This program combines hook-focused arm wrestling training with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, giving you a complete approach to strength, control, and performance on and off the mats.

This is a structured four-week personal training program designed to build strength, conditioning, and movement efficiency through focused one-on-one coaching.
Participants train three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in a personalized training environment. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
To ensure quality coaching and individualized attention, only 10 spots are available for this program.
